As you look through the units you will realize that every condo in Carnelian Woods was designed with a loft. Originally the lofts were considered full bedrooms, and it was not until a building code in California decided that the lofts are technically not bedrooms. Please note that although they are called "Lofts" almost every homeowner treats them as sleeping area because they afford almost as much privacy as a full bedroom.

Here at Carnelian Bay Rentals we divided the condos into 4 groups of quality: Economy, Standard, Deluxe and Luxury. The largest homes are at the top of each group.
